You have to take care of you. Nobody else will take care of you like you. The only way to fully take care of you is to Quit all of the things that are not good for you! There are only a few instances in life when it's ok to be selfish, Quitting is one of them!
If you're not living your best life, then it means that there are some things that you need to Quit. Do not accept mediocrity. Complacency and comfort are the enemy. Take a look into the mirror. Are you complacent? Are you comfortable? Are you living a mediocre life and you know deep down inside that you can be and do better? If you answered yes to any of those questions, then it's time to start Quitting!
You were not born to be average. You do not exist just to exist. Grab the proverbial bull by the horns and take control of your life. Expect more of yourself and Quit the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that are preventing you from your greatness!
This world is so very competitive that if you do not change the way that you think, feel, and behave for the positive, the one's that do will win the race. We're all competing for something. If you want to win, you will have to Quit!
Everybody will die, but not everyone will live. In my opinion, the only way to truly live is to remove all negativity from your spirit and to live a life filled with love, goals, and dreams. We have to be very specific in how we live our lives . Furthermore, intentionally Quitting is a prerequisite to living!

What I have come to realize throughout my years in leadership and consulting, is that it's not so much of what you have to do, but what you have to Quit doing!
